Fresh approach to telemarketing for professional service firms

one2one Customer Insight based in Salford Quays, Manchester have been delivering innovative, data driven lead generation and appointment setting campaigns for a wide range of clients for the past six years. Borne out of learnings from their experience of working with professional service firms they have recently launched 'Bespoke Solutions'.

Bespoke Solutions has been founded based on the belief that telemarketing is no longer the preserve of high volume, sales driven, target aware call centre's. Instead they recognised that there was a need to provide a service where lead generation agents are professionals who can speak assuredly to CEO's and Directors about their business needs. Protecting and enhancing client's reputations is central to what they do and because of this they have begun to attract high end clients - amongst whom are Banks, Solicitors and Accountants.

At its heart is project leader Roger Thornton, former Barclay's Bank manager. Roger is integral to the approach; he works with companies from the initial meeting, through to script development and finally, making the calls. Roger has worked hard to refine his approach and he tells us that clients are always taken aback by the volume of decision makers that can be reached and the quality of the conversations that can be held over the phone.
