Manchester call center refurbs another site

One2One based in Salford Quays - Greater Manchester, have refurbished the last of their 3 call centre buildings.

During 2010 one2one invested in a significant face lift, each of their 3 buildings were re-painted, decorated and in some cases re-designed! In keeping with their existing call centre setup, the latest refurbishment has resulted in a bespoke 2 floor setup with a 16 seat office on the first floor and meeting rooms on the ground.

The new call centre in Manchester brings One2Ones capacity up to 70 seats - most servicing high quality B2B lead generation and appointment setting campaigns, utilizing the in-house developed SALESdrive system that integrates the agent calling with their client's field based sales teams.
