Business to Business Telephone Executive – part or full time
£20K OTE (Basic salary and bonus)

Overview
We are looking for confident and experienced professionals, with a great telephone personality, to join our financial services team. You will be talking to senior business executives about specific and identified financial requirements. You will confirm the requirement, gather additional information and make an appointment for a finance specialist to talk to them at another time.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

- following mailings of marketing materials you will call businesses to confirm the financial information we hold is correct and gather additional insight into their current position
- using a scripted guideline but also your own initiative and conversational confidence you will gain the trust of the customer
- describe the products and services we are offering
- confirm appointment for a call from our specialist finance teams
- ensure that all relevant information you capture is entered onto our customer database
- follow up on initial contacts

Experience

- Business to Business in a sales or service environment is essential
- Some financial services experience (invoice finance in particular) is preferred
- knowledge of sales principles and methods
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- telemarketing experience not essential but preferred

IT Systems / Developer
(£22k - £27k p.a depending on experience + performance related bonus (up to £3k p.a)

A position with 121 Customer Insight represents a great opportunity to join a fast moving company during a period of growth.

The ideal candidate must have PHP and MySQL skills and preferably have previous commercial experience.

Skills
> Knowledge of SQL and database querying
> Web development and styling - HTML/CSS
> Ability to write web-based reports - PHP/MySQL
> Experience of database administration including design and maintenance
> Competence within Windows networking environment

Responsibilities
> Develop websites and applications within a team
> Maintenance of databases in both local and Internet environments
> Support operational and client services requests
> Support IT function within a call centre environment including networking, Windows server, phone server, in-house software (training provided)

£20K OTE (Basic salary and bonus)

General Purpose
Contact potential business or individual customers by phone to generate leads for our clients in the insurance industries.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

-contact businesses or private individuals by phone
-deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to agree to a quotation for insurance
-describe products and services
-respond to questions
-obtain customer information
-obtain possible customer leads
-data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
-follow up on initial contacts
-maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

Experience

-proficient in relevant computer applications
-good keyboard skills
-knowledge of sales principles and methods
-knowledge of customer service principles and practices
-telesales experience
-three months or more experience in a call centre environment
