Howard Seaton
Howard Seaton knows how to build successful
businesses. A highly experienced marketing professional, in the
1980s he built one of the UK's leading direct marketing agencies
which also pioneered call centre applications for major UK companies.
The agency was sold to an international marketing group in 1987.

In 1990 he founded the ADS Group which became one of the UK's elite data and call centre businesses. With large call centres in Manchester and Bristol and over 3000 IVR lines, its major clients were the UK Government, banks, utilities and insurance companies. ADS was sold to News International in 1999. |

Rod Kilgour
Rod Kilgour has extensive marketing and business development experience ranging from international consumer brand business to internet start up companies. After university at Cambridge and in the USA, Rod's marketing career encompassed directorships with both Unilever and The Co-operative Bank. In 1995, he joined ADS as a board member with responsibility for Business Development and Data strategies.

After ADS was sold he had a period in consultancy including work with a range of internet companies, an international market research agency and hi-tech businesses. Rod joined Howard and Rob in 2005 to launch one2one, he brings a wealth of practical management experience to one2one, combined with extensive knowledge of a wide range of UK business sectors. |

Rob Wilkinson
Smart technology supports the performance
of one2one’s call centres. The ongoing development of leading edge applications
for one2one’s clients is Rob’s domain. His career as a database & IT
specialist has taken him through both development and DBM roles.
He has led projects in banking, credit card applications, FMCG and
COI applications.

Rob project manages the one2one technical team delivery with focus on the continuing development of our capability; the development of in-house IT platforms, integration of data and telephony systems and data analytics. In September 2010 Rob took over as CEO of one2one. |
