Our offices are situated in Water’s Edge Business Park, behind the Colgate Palmolive site, on Ordsall Lane. As you enter Modwen Road and pass through the site’s gates, our offices, 34, are directly facing you at the end of the road just beyond the mini-roundabout.

Continue along Chester Road, passing PC World and then Sir Matt Busby Way (Manchester United Football Ground) on the left. As the road widens, move into the left-hand lane and take the next left at the traffic lights, on to Trafford Road. Drive straight ahead through 2 sets of traffic lights (traveling over the swing bridge) and stay in the second lane. At the next set of traffic lights (with the Copthorne Hotel on the left and Nisa Local on the corner), turn right into Ordsall Lane. Follow the road round a left-hand bend (with Colgate Palmolive on your right) and turn right into Modwen Road.

At the end of the M602, take the A57 (Regent Road). Move into the right hand lane and at the first main set of traffic lights (with the Wellington Pub on the left) turn right into Oldfield Road. At the end of this road turn right onto Ordsall Lane. Travelling straight down Ordsall Lane, you will pass Ordsall Hall Museum on the right. Modwen Road is the next turn on the left.

Head towards the M602, taking the A57 (Regent Road). Passing Porcelanosa on the left, stay in the inside lane. At the traffic lights, with Sainsburys on your right, take the left hand feed lane into Ordsall Lane.
Drive straight down Ordsall Lane, passing Ordsall Hall Museum on the right, and take the next turn on the left into Modwen Road.
