Pathfinder (test)

Typically two weeks

Our starting point is to understand the data background. What's there? Can it be enhanced or usefully filtered? Which segments offer best or least opportunity for the return on time and money invested?

We call a small cross section of records to establish the data integrity and attitudes of the target group.

We do not take action on these calls. They are essentially research to point to the basic data and people profiles. These profiles usually emerge within a few hundred interviews. You will receive a full report of the results.

Using this insight we then design and build a basic system environment to support the Pilot study.

Pathfinder helps us to understand how we can deliver your project's objectives and set more accurate budgets and timescales for the following stages.

Pilot

A 'Pioneer' team of our best agents calls a thin slice (up to 10%) of the dataset. They hone the scripts, action follow-ups and maintain vigorous feedback of outcomes. This insight is closely monitored and interpreted before being used to adapt the project processes, content and reports.

We look for the behaviour and profile of group that emerge. We adapt the process to optimise outcomes and begin to hardwire the system ready for scale up. Poor cells are revised & re-tested.

Scale Up

Typically two months

Using the process matrix from the Pilot stage we increase capacity making sure that each cell is maintained at its performance benchmark. Staff training is refined.

Roll out

With ongoing review

Cells that maintain their integrity are rolled out at full scale. We continue to drive improved efficiency from these groups. We check each agent twice daily for quality and compliance.
